Dean M. Shillington - President
Dean is the founder of Knightsbridge Capital Group and has over two decades of experience in sales and commercial finance. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan business school majoring in finance and marketing, Dean spent several years at a major financial institution specialising in equipment and property finance where he excelled in numerous management positions in business and credit. During this time, Dean was responsible for managing a debt portfolio in excess of $2 billion and was integral to its double digit growth, while maintaining the lowest delinquency rates in the business. Having successfully managed a team of sales associates, credit analysts and documentation personnel, Dean has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to produce tangible results and exceed client expectations in the financial services business. His unique combination of experience in sourcing business and credit assessment and his recognition of the lack of client-focused and customised financing options prompted Dean to launch Knightsbridge Capital Group. Dean is also a member of numerous boards and associations including the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of British Columbia.

Louise F. Melconian - Director, Legal Affairs & Compliance
Louise is a corporate lawyer specialising in banking, real estate and general commercial law. Having practised as an associate with a top-tier national firm in Calgary and Vancouver, she has extensive experience advising both financial institutions and corporate borrowers on high-level transactions, including asset-based lending, project financing, RCA financing, syndicated bank transactions, cross-border and acquisition financing. Having worked on a variety of deals involving industries such as energy and resources, real property, equipment, mining and marine, Louise brings a wealth of experience to her role. Louise also previously acted as legal advisor for western Canada in the equipment financing division at a major financial institution and specialised in advising on all legal aspects of equipment loan, lease and mortgage transactions. At Knightsbridge Capital Group, Louise is responsible for internal corporate legal matters and provides advice on compliance, structuring and documentation issues for our deal portfolios. Louise is a member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
